HomeVault is a household bill and policy organizer that stores data locally on your device. We do not operate servers to store your data.

- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter into the app.
- You are responsible for securing your device, enabling a device passcode, and managing device backups.
- You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reverse engineer it.
4. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
5. Third-Party Services
Optional integrations with utility providers, insurers, or subscription services are governed by those providers' terms and privacy policies. Credentials are provided directly to the provider.

HomeVault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeVault and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

We may terminate or suspend access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
